Terms governing booking requests and transportation services provided by N.S. Car.
1. Scope of Services
N.S. Car provides passenger taxi, private chauffeur, airport transfer, and group transportation in Belgium and connecting areas.
2. Booking Requests & Price Quotes
Submitting a form via the website constitutes a booking request. Reservations become binding upon our team's quotation of price and mutual confirmation. All quoted rates include Belgian VAT and applicable road tolls unless expressly specified otherwise.
3. Punctuality & Waiting Times
Passengers are requested to be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location. For airport arrivals, standard flight tracking is performed; in the event of major delays or cancellations, passengers should inform us promptly via email or phone.
4. Conduct & Safety
All vehicles operate a strict no-smoking policy. Seatbelt usage is mandatory in Belgium for all occupants. The chauffeur reserves the right to decline carriage to individuals behaving in an aggressive or intoxicated manner endangering safe operation.
5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising in connection with services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
